As a part of our human nature, we automatically focus on using always the same mimic muscles. Within the years this will lead to wrinkles. They start to appear as fine lines e.g. at the Glabella or as so called “Craw feet”.  Since about 15 years we have a wonderful weapon against these mimic wrinkles. Botulinum Toxin is a medicament, well known in medicin since decades for the treatment of several diseases. We have two brand names, Dysport or Botox, both contain the same substance.  The injections are done with a very thin needle, so there is no pain. No skin irritation can be seen after the therapy, so our patients are able to continue their business immediately. After 4-6 days the effect is on it’s climax and most of the wrinkles are disappeared.

Another displeasing problem, which can be treated with Dysport very properly, is the excessive sweating in armpits and palms. One single treatment usually helps for 9 months in average. As some drops of Dysport are injected with a very thin needle, the sweating will be dramatically reduced or even completely stopped.

New Fill is one of the best absorbable fillers on the market. The liquid, which has to be injected, contents microspheres of polylactic acid. These microspheres cause an increasing production of collagen fibres. When this polylactic acid is absorbed usually after 2 years, the strengthened collagen tissue lasts for 3-5 years in average. The effect is a nice and smooth lifting of deep wrinkles and facial areas, as it is caused by your own tissue. The body needs 4-6 weeks for creating new collagen fibres, so the final result can be seen 6 weeks after the second treatment. When the effect is decreasing after several years, another treatment can be done easily. The ideal facial region to be treated with New Fill is the area of the cheek bones, the nasolabial fold, the Marionette fold and the region of the jaw. If there are fine lines, we recommend combining the treatment of New Fill with hyaluronic acid.
